Creation and concept:
Um, Hiko is based off of one of my other friends, though she is much more active than my character. But they both have similar attitudes, such as their aggressive side. LOL. But honestly I don’t have much to say about Hiko except for the fact that, like Yoshimitsu, she pretty much writes herself out. I don’t want to spoil any information about her and Itachi at this point in time
