I was offered the chance to design the Album Cover, T-Shirt and such for the band my step-dad has joined and if I do, I'll get a percentage of the money that they earn from the albums
But it's so HARD!!!!
It's weird for me to draw and create for someone else, when doing that, it doesn't feel like it's mine. It feels forced and lacking, well, my usual creativity.
I don't know how to explain it.
I think this would be a good thing to add to my College Profile/Resume, and I could use the money
but.....it's just really giving me a tough time.
I want to do it and I know I can
but....
something is off......
-
Mood:
Anxious -
Listening to: Scooter - J'adore Hardcore
-
Reading: Christ the Lord - Out of Eygpt by Anne Rice
-
Watching: nothin' much
-
Playing: Mind Games
-
Eating: Ugh....nothing
-
Drinking: Green Tea (made with lolz and absorbed memories)
That might have something to do with it.
Why don't you try taking what each song is about, and draw some sort of abstract to it (with or without people).
Kinda like Fan-art.
It's just actually getting them to the workable stage
Then pick the ones you like best.
Only I would present them all to the band, and then they pick
I just don't have the motivation to do it
